This is what makes Bonnie stand out better than any other agent . After getting Keys i then went to house to drop some stuff off then. Noticed there was no remotes for garage. Sent a message too Bonnie and she followed it up with the previous owners. Unfortunately they couldnt find the remotes but got 2 new ones from Bunnings but still in packets. After mucking around for an hour and you tube on how to sync the remote with the garage motor it was never going to work. I let Bonnie know and that lunch time Bonnie got me 2 new remotes and within 5 mins both remotes were working and a happy wife. This is a first that i have ever seen a real estate do this kind of service after a sale and keys handed over. Believe me i have had some bad experiences with real estate after settlement. I recommend Bonnie to anyone that is either selling or buying. Bonnie always has smile and we need more people like Bonnie in this world.

I never felt pressured by her calls, in fact she made me feel reassured and hopeful that I would find the right property at the right time. She knew my circumstances and I felt she went out of her way to assist wherever she could. In fact she still does, even months after my purchase.
