However, Bonnie had kept us in the loop and always updated us about the changing market at all time. We had the prefect balance of reality and expectation. We definitely think we paid very fair and achieved what we expected. we paid advertisement cost for premium realestate.com.au, Auctioneer fee, advertisement Board fee ( to add picture board is an Extra we found out after). Staging fee. Building and pest. Commission plus GST.
