Bonnie Worth came out and saw my husband early on and spoke to him about our property that we were putting up for sale. I was a bit hesitant about going to auction but Bonnie was so professional and open about the reasons why this would be a great idea and the best way of securing a good price and an early sale. Bonnie checked in with us every day snd let us know the progress of the campaign eg. The number of inquiries, the number of people wanting auction packs, and any phone calls that she had had about the property. If I had any concerns she addressed them straight away. Auction day was amazing and we achieved a sale well above our reserve price with a lot of potential buyers attending and bidding.
