We appreciated Reece’s realistic, efficient and friendly approach in the sale of our home. He’s no nonsense, competence proved effective in not only price but the process of everything. It all felt streamlined and stress free. Would highly recommended Reece and he’s team when selling or buying in the East Maitland area.

Reece put a lot of time and effort into securing the sale of our property. Reece and the T&C team provided regular feedback on the amount of market interest, open home visits, market conditions and interested buyers. Reece was very diligent and professional throughout the whole process and we would thoroughly recommend him to others looking to sell their property.

Team are very knowledge of the area, communication after every visit through our home. Very professional the whole team

Always responded quickly; Kept me fully informed; Was realistic with expectations; Great team support; Kept the process simple; Made it an overall enjoyable experience; Strongly recommend Reece.

Ability to read the Market in a time of volatility was truly refreshing as he called it as it was, truly professional open honest and ethical.

Could not recommend highly enough always kept us informed, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent knowledge of the market

Very good market knowledge, very professional and a very nice person.

We wanted a quick turnaround and thats what we got, 4 weeks in and the house was sold.

Easy to deal with, no games, got it sold would highly recommend.

Very professional, excellent time keeping. Always available via phone.

Reece and his team were very professional in all aspects regarding the sale of our property with great communication from everyone involved throughout the sale process. The end result was particularly satisfying for all involved due to the difficulty of selling homes in this geographical location. Will be forever grateful to Reece and his team for achieving this result.

Reece's communication is clear and concise, and works diligently toward gaining the best outcome.
