A big Thank You to Renee for her patience and persistence. She showed us sooo many houses (& not just once) until she found the right one for us - which wasn't exactly what we were looking for to start with ( a bit like Escape to the Country). We'll done Renee. Keep up the great work!! Thanks.
Renee was a pleasure to deal with, her honesty and knowledge of the local real estate market made the sale of our property achievable, thank you for an outstanding effort
Recently purchased a property in the lower Hunter. Renee was very good with communication and flexible with inspection times. Well done!
Bought a house and sold a house through Renee, the experience was effortless on my behalf.. Renee worked her magic both times! Sales where made before the sign even went up! Most of all, My experience with Renee was really comforting through her level of understanding and compassion especially around selling. Wasn’t one moment where I felt it was about the sale for Renee💙 more about a service for my family delivered with love.
We interviewed several agents before entrusting Renee with the sale of our property. Her enthusiasm, market knowledge plus a willingness and capacity to work with us in all aspects of the sale impressed us greatly. Therefore we would highly recommend Renee to anybody entering the real estate market seeking an honest and trustworthy agent. Gordon and Ruth Gorton ( Keinbah )
I have recently purchased a property where Renee acted for the vendor. I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years buying property and to be blunt I usually don't like dealing with them. Renee was the stand out exception. She was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. And she put in 110% to sell the property. Next time I need an agent she will be my 1st phone call. Very happy customer.
What an easy process! We were travelling around the country and Renee made it very easy for us to get our house sold. Thank you Sue and Allen
Renee is a great agent to work with, we have dealt with Renee, both buying and selling property. On each occasion we have been extremely happy with Renee’s knowledge and professional service. Highly recommended!
We have recently sold our very much Loved Rural Property in Richmond Vale, and couldnt Believe how smooth the sale went all because of Renee Bean-Wyper. Renee from the very start gave 150% and was truly committed to us and this sale. There was no hard sale speech and broken promises like other Real estates we had spoken to. Renee has a way of making you feel like you are her only client, she always answered our calls, our questions and NEVER left us wondering at any time. We had special circumstances when selling our house and none of this was a problem, nor were we made to feel this either. I didnt want someone to come into our home and treat us as if we were just another dollar in their pocket, Renee was just as excited for us and our new life as we are and made this process an easy decision and helping us to achieve more than we thought it was worth!. If you want to be treated with respect, want to be more than a number in their listings, call Renee, I promise you, you wont regret it. Oh, and the advertising package was well worth the money, Renee and the team come and spend hours at your house, staging every shot making sure your house is best represented in every picture. Thankyou Renee,x
Renee was just amazing during the process of securing my first home. She was beyond helpful & always promptly answered ALL my questions. Renee made the whole experience really easy & stress-free. It is easy to see that Renee puts her whole heart into everything she does and you just know that she genuinely cares about her clients and their experiences. I would happily deal with Renee again in the future!
Renee could not have been more helpful in the purchase of our property. She fielded endless questions and even got back to us while she was on holidays. The whole process was simple and easy from start to finish because Renee was there with us every step of the way. She delivered on everything she promised during negotiations (including addressing a broken window that we later found out she fixed herself). We could not rate Renee’s service any more highly and recommend her to anyone in the search and purchase of a perfect property.
I recommend Renee highly. She was always pleasant and knowledgeable of the market and could read the buyers limit in negotiations. I was happy in all stages of the sale.
