I have known Renee Bean-Wyper from Sylvester Real Estate since I started looking for a suitable property 12 months ago. We recently found our beautiful house and from the first inspection, Renee has been amazing to deal with. Renee provided a very professional service and ensured the process went smoothly. Renee comes with my highest recommendation as an outstanding agent and I openly recommend her to other prospective purchasers. Christine Houghton June 2018

Renee is an excellent real estate agent who remains professional at all times -she doesn't play games as some do in this field - just to seal a deal. I would recommend Renee 100% to any prospective buyer or seller. You will go far in your profession Renee. Bernadette (Dulwich Hill, Sydney)

We can not thank Renee enough! From the minute we met her she was honest and open about everything, quite rare as we had previously found. She stayed true to her word and secured us our beautiful home. We would recommend Renee if your in the market and we will be talking to her when we are ready for our next property.

I would highly recommend Renee to any vendor looking to sell in the lower hunter region. our property was priced perfectly and Renee had sold it within a week! Incredible result. plus professionalism and follow up, during the course of the sale was excellent also. Sincerely Graeme & Jill Ritchie

Renee has helped me very well with this process of moving houses! I 100% recommend her. She has also worked with Alex my other agent, & without them I wouldn’t have got the house I have!!

Thank you Renée for your excellent service, we cannot fault any part of this process and you've been at the centre of all of it, ensuring all goes smoothly for everyone. Love your work!

Renee did a great job selling my property. Her knowledge of the local area, client data base and dedication to her job resulted in my property selling quickly and achieving a result beyond my expections. I would definitely recommend Renee to sell your house.

I bought the house through Renee so when I decided to sell it she was my obvious choice.I am very happy with the result and would recommend her to anyone.Do not understand why I need to incorrectly spell my name to leave a review though.

Renee made the experience of purchasing our property a pleasure.

No fuss, very easy to deal with.

We recently listed and sold our property with Renee as our agent. We found Renee to be fantastic, very approachable and always kept us in the know. I would highly recommend Renee.
