We thoroughly enjoyed our selling experience with Rob. His knowledge and expertise were fantastic. Rob was always professional, and friendly. His communication was excellent-always keeping us up to date with what was happening. Every aspect was handled with the utmost professionalism-we had absolute confidence in Rob and knew that everything would run smoothly. Thank you to Rob for the quick and hassle-free sale of our home!!:)

We were so happy to be able to work with Rob. His years of experience showed in his level of professionalism, his efficiency, communication skills and his approach and knowledge to successfully sell our home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and put a lot of effort into how to sell our home. He also helped us find our next home. It was a fun and exciting process. He was so easy to work with and we felt like we could contact him with any questions we had. If he couldn’t answer he always got back to us straight away. We highly recommend working with him.

Throughout the purchase and sale of our block, Rob has remained a very professional agent who has a wealth of local knowledge and many connections. He is honest and straightforward about real estate with both the buyer and seller in mind. We will be using Rob again in the future.

Very happy with Rob. Extremely approachable and professional with extensive knowledge of the market. The process was explained thoroughly and we were constantly updated from start to finish receiving information about interested parties or open houses. Thank you Rob for making the task of selling our house so much easier.

Rob was there when I purchased the property and then again when I was ready to sell. He has a easy communication style and gives an honest opinion. I was very happy with the result and service.

Rob was great from the very first meeting. Gave all information that was needed and got to work straight away in finding buyers. Great communication and great insight into the ever changing market.

Very reliable and professional with extensive knowledge of the current market. Was always realistic and portrayed great communication throughout our selling period. Would highly recommend.

I will always go straight to Davisons . I had a rental a few years back and now a sale. Always professional, thank you

Good business trouble free business and staff. Very easy to deal with.

Rob worked extremely hard to help sell our property, he kept us up to date on inspections and had honest advice on the state of the market. Kristen and Ethan were also excellent in the feedback from inspections, I highly recommend Rob for your property sales

Rob Dolan responded knowledgeably and quickly in the sale of my mother's property in Horsham. He was thoroughly familiar with sales in the area and proposed a valuation that was fair. The property was on the market within a week and sold a week later following one open inspection. I was very happy with the price. Rob was responsive and showed terrific initiative throughout the whole process.

We had heard through anecdotal discussions that Rob was good to " deal with" as and agent and obtained good results for vendors. Rob was attentive and open to frank discussion with us about a plan to market our home. He gives the impression of being experienced and in touch with the market situation. As a vendor you probably expect more but we accepted his opinion as to the present value of our home. Our confidence in him was boosted by dealing with him to purchase a property a couple of years ago.
