During the process of selling the my mothers property I found Robert to be very professional, reliable and committed to achieving a prompt sales outcome at the price agreed by the family. His advice during the process was always valuable and prompt. He always provided updates on inspections and the outcomes and then the sale of the property.

After discussing our requirements and expectations, Rob sold our property quickly and achieved a great result with minimal fuss. Happy to recommend as he has a very good knowledge of the local market.

Rob was recommended to us by a few people. He updated us on market conditions; gave advice; listened; and always acted ethically and efficiently. We listed the property and he had it sold in just a few days after doing various showings and working through his list of buyers. We even hit a bit of a delay in settlement which he navigated for us with advice, listening, and driving towards an outcome that suited all parties. I recommend Rob.

The title should say it all, very patient and helpful given how difficult this process and period has been. Couldn’t have been more proactive and easy to engage.

Rob was very professional during the sale of our property even though it was in a lower price range he still treated the sale the same as our past property sales of more value. The property is a rental and Rob was very respectful to our tenant and gave plenty of notice when needing to enter the property. He obtained the price he estimated when we first discussed the sale, so would be highly recommend his services and use him again for future properties.

Robert was fantastic with his communication and support throughout the whole process which was a bit foreign and daunting. I needed a small extension on paying deposit and he was totally fine with this and made sure it was all fine

Robert was very friendly and professional, with great knowledge of the property we purchased and the local market in general. He had some excellent ideas and tips for the property as well. A pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend.

From start to finish Robert kept us informed. He set a fabulous asking price, assuring us that the market would support it, and he delivered. He has excellent knowledge of the market and changing trends and we would happily go to him for future help.

Robert Dolan, is without doubt the best agent in Horsham and region. I have over 20 years experience in the property game and I met with 4 other agents in the area, Rob was without question superior in every way to them all. Do not interview any other agent, I did all the hard work, use Robert Dolan

Was very straight forward, was very informative and took great care in the way he treated me

Dealing with Robert since long time, got gret service all time. no doubt he put his all efforts to make it possible, his honest opinion, prompt communication always liked by every one. Thanks again Robert and team.
