My experience with Robert Dolan in the sale of my property 28 Elizabeth St Horsham was the most enjoyable, uncomplicated, informed and fast ! and I have been saying so to all I know

Very professional . A great agent.

Extremely happy with my agent Rob, he had a difficult sale given my distance from sale and not willing to negotiate much, issues with buyers settlement and then settlement time over Christmas break. Lots of issues to frustrate both me as seller and the buyer but Rob managed all issues with professionalism and good will. Was confident that he was looking after my best interests at all times. Very happy to recommend him to my friends and use again myself for future dealings. Thanks Rob

Robert Dolan was our agent for our recent property purchase and made the entire process very easy and reassuring. Robert was very professional and all details of our purchase were clear and concise with a personal touch. Great experience dealing with Robert and Wes Davidson Real-Estate.

Rob was very professional, helpful and kept me up to date with how the sale was progressing.

Exceptional Agent, friendly, caring, professional...Sold my home in record time!

As per usual a well organised, quick sale with excellent communication. Thanks Rob

Rob was a very patient and understanding agent who helped me as I navigated the process of purchasing my first home, and he answered many questions. I was given background information about issues the previous owners had, had and how they fixed it. Building and pest inspections were recommended for my own peace of mind. A number of inspectors were suggested based on information I provided about my plans for the future and no-one was pushed above others. Rob has a good understanding of the area and how my new home fits in. I am very pleased with my purchase!

happy with everything and i have dealt with a lot of agents

ROBERT'S PROFICIENCY AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT PROVDED US WITH EVERY OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE TO EXPEDITE THE SALE OF OUR HOME WHILST ATTAINING THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE. WE WOULD WITHOUT HESITATION RECOMMEND ROBERT DOLAN TO OTHERS. MARG & BOB WATSON

This is our fourth sale with Rob, and we could not be happier with the service he continues to provide us. Despite the number of clients he must deal with every year, Rob remembers all the specifics about our previous sales, and very clearly understands our goals and needs going forward with future properties. We trust the advice and information he provides us, and look forward to more dealings with him in the future. Thanks Rob!

Robert had an excellent knowledge of the market and understood our requirements.
