We were very fortunate to have Rob as our agent in selling our recent property. He was fantastic at advising us what the market was doing at the time and when to put it on the market to maximize our return. Rob was brilliant with communicating to us everything that was happening throughout the process of selling our home and advising us along the way. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

Rob is easy to talk to and honest in his approach to selling. His view of the market was consistent with our expectations of the market. Rob and his team were able to achieve a great result in a short time frame.

Rob is a skilled agent and a true professional, acting swiftly and confidently. Potential buyers were viewing the property within 24 hrs of the listing! I was kept well informed throughout the process and his advice and guidance was very helpful during the negotiation.

Once someone was genuinely interested in the house, he got the sale very quickly and without coming down in price.

I can highly recommend Rob Dolan and PRD, Great knowledge, professionalism, and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Rob.

Rob was great, I told him what I was after and he showed me through a range of appropriate properties, until we found the right one!

Rob is tenacious but sensitive to the needs of his clients. He is the consummate real estate sales person.

Robert has been our preferred selling agent, we have had a long association and have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective property buyers or sellers. We are very happy with service he provides.

Robert got a great result for us, fast sale, our price and quick settlement. Roberts communication throughout the whole process was excellent. We would highly recommend him.

Good to communicate with and great knowledge of the area.

Our experience dealing with Rob was positive from the word go. With our restricted days and hours to inspect houses, Rob was able to organise his time-table to suit us. We found his manner to be friendly and he was always punctual. His dedication became apparent though when on a Sunday we happened to be in Horsham and it was the first chance we had had to look through 3 Newton Court together. Rob (who never works on Sunday) was able to contact the owner and organise an inspection that afternoon for us. Without this happening, we may never have made the purchase.

Very happy with the service, communication and honesty we received on the purchase of our house. Rob's passion and experience really stand out.
