Professional and friendly service.

Excellent communication, keeps you well informed. Excellent knowledge of local market. Very organised. Wont just tell you what you want to hear. I have sold and purchased from Rob - both occasions I would strongly recommend.

We found Rob great to deal with in the purchase of 46 Tucker st, and with previous property's in both buying and selling. We look forward to working together in the future. Brett Perry

We found Robert to be a very friendly and knowledgable person. Nothing was to much trouble for him. Our house was sold and transition went throught very smoothly. We would recommend him to our friends.

Rob provided friendly, helpful assistance in our search for a new home. He communicated with us regularly and kept us well informed about properties coming on to the market.

Thanks heaps for your help Rob in selling our house. Well recommended.

Robert was very helpful in answering our questions regarding the house we purchased and made himself available whenever we asked for assistance. He always returned our calls promptly and was able to reassure us when issues arose during the settlement process.

Rob Dolan provided a "fantastic service" selling my property, as I work away it was very important to be able to "trust" my chosen agent without having to worry or be pestered with useless phone calls that waste my time ! I wanted the property to be sold for my price , in my time frame and without having any problems, so I chose Rob Dolan. Sold! There's real estate agents and there's fantastic real estate agents so do yourself a favour if your buying or selling and get a "fantastic one ". Experience the difference ! Honesty, trust and reliability, I demand it !

Rob is such a brilliant real estate agent. So professional, he goes the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble. Fast sale.

Rob was very helpful in selling our home. Kept us updated and informed with all open and private inspections and provided important feedback at all times. Would highly recommend his service.

We bought a property about 18 years ago, in Horsham, through Rob Dolan. We have recently bought another Horsham property with Rob Dolan. My wife and I highly regard the values of honesty and integrity. Rob impressed us 18 years ago with his approach, honesty and integrity. It was refreshing to see that these values were still being upheld 18 years later. A further testament to Rob's character is that he is still with his original employer (albeit under a different banner). Add loyalty to the list as well. We have recommended Rob (as an agent) to others in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks Rob - Steve and Simone

When purchasing this investment property, Robert had exceptional knowledge about all aspects of the property. He is fantastic to deal with and makes the whole process very easy. He is our ideal Agent and we could now recommend him more highly. Well done Robbie and we would always prefer to deal with you :)
