Myself and my partner had to chase up a lot of things in regards to the tenants that were living in the property, we were told the tenants were paying month to month originally, on the day of inspection Brad told us he believed the tenants were contracted until march but after our offer was accepted we found out the tenants were contracted until April 28th, the lack of knowledge about the tenants was quite frustrating.

Brad has been phenominal in all dealings with me. He has been fair, honest and easy to deal with. He was right on money for his exceptional Sales Skills and worked out best for us. Very easy and friendly to deal with always.

Brad is a lovely young man, but he on multiple occasions when I've had queries and written or left messages I got no reply. Also I did not feel that FN had my best interest at heart and was working for the purchaser rather than myself. The purchaser requested an inspection of the house before it even went on the market. Obviously he is a regular investor and client of the agents, and gets the heads up. I'm happy that I got my asking price,but feel with the way the market is at this current time, I could have possibly got more.,considering what the next house door and across the road, that were for sale at the same times asking prices. Easiest money Brad has ever made for the Agency.
