Brad Allen is well known in the Real Estate Market with an excellent reputation so I decided to initiate an agreement with Brad to sell my property. I have used a number of agents over the years for both my personal and investment properties over the years. Whilst all have been professional none of them have stood out for me to consider just one agent for my properties, til now? Brad did an outstanding job giving me advice on how to get the best price for my property and also setting a realistic price range that would give the best opportunity to realise a sale. We discussed various options for sale and opted on a traditional approach due to various factors that Brad explained in simple terms with sound reasoning. Where Brad really showed his outstanding qualities was when we faced a few adversities that we're no fault of his own. We had contracts in place on 2 occasions only for them to fall over around finance issues. Brad really did earn his fee and always kept me informed and importantly always had my interests at front of mind rather than his own, so much so that he got an amount more than what I was wiling to accept, that in itself under the circumstances is very credible.
