Brad was extremely easy to approach and was genuine with regarding to the sale of the house I have now purchased. My wife and I had never sold a property before and were a bit apprehensive about the process. Brad not only delivered the minimum we wanted, which we were told by other estate agents would have been difficult to reach including Brad, but he got the property sold with a very good increase on our original asking price. Brad also did that within 5 days! We were comfortably because Brad kept us in the loop at every important junction; he briefed us on what was happening, gave the possible options and his opinion and then accepted our decision without question. For our next property, there will be only agent we look for.
