In early March I approached various realestate agents to value my house for selling. I had three agents attend to value my property. I decided to go with Harcourts. Brad kept me up to date with every step of the way. Brad would call or text me to let me know what stage we were up to and what needed to be done. When a buyer was found Brad negotiated a price I was happy with very quickly. This is the second time I have dealt with Harcourts and I would totally recommend Brad to anyone.
