Brad was honest and straight-forward, but confident in his appraisal and we got far more than I imagined was possible, although not quite the figure set. His communication has been good in keeping me informed. I am more than happy to recommend Brad as he was true to his word and got us a price nearly 10% higher than a number of other real estate agents quoted as realistic.
