Brad was great to work with. He kept us informed the whole way through making sure you we were happy with what was being done and offering to help wherever he could to move things along quicker in preparing the house. barely on the market before it started receiving enquiries and hadn't even been to first open house before offers were made and negotiations started. House sold before the 2 week mark with a result that delivered more than what we wanted which was great. I'm greatful for Brad's understanding, patience, cooperation, advice and professional approach the whole way through. We were glad we had someone to check in and see how things were going and glad to be able to move forward even quicker thanks to Brad.
