We would highly recommend Brad Cole. We were really impressed with Brad from the very first meeting especially with his communication style, honesty, integrity and professionalism. Brad has vast experience in real estate and knows the local market well. His expert knowledge made decisions making and the process much less stressful. Brad has many talents, including extensive building knowledge. He helped us greatly in being able to objectively assess what improvement were needed to the house before listing, This saved us money on not overcapitalising. He even went over and above by actually helping us personally on some minor house improvements when we couldn’t get a tradesman in a hurry. Brad kept us informed throughout the selling process, we felt he was very genuine and provided care & support beyond the transaction. We were very happy with the end result and felt Brad got us a great deal. Highly recommend Brad.
