Great advice and result

I communicated wirh Brad for a number of months pior to listing my property, and he gave me great advice on getting the property ready for sale, which i took with regard to improvements/decoration etc. He instinctively knew the type of buyer that my property would appeal to and how to maximise that appeal. I am very glad i went with Brad, i feel if i had gone with the other agents that quoted much higher starting points, i would still be the owner of the property! In a tricky market such as 2018 strategy is everything - get that wrong and you dont sell.
