We choose Brad as our agent to sell our property in stratton after meeting with him and discussing the market ,costs and advertising. We loved the fact that the advertising was high quality images to make our property look just as good in the photos as it did being there in person, a personal video showing the best features of our property by brad himself was a great way to make potential buyers feel invited and seem at home before they even looked at the property in person. The 3d interactive walk through was another excellent advertising tool for the buyers to explore the property with a click of a button taking them through the property from all different angles and envisioning themselves there. We found that brad was warm and understanding that we needed to sell and get the best price we could . He pointed out things we could do to the property to help make it that much better and look its absolute best . The agent fees were reasonable as were the advertising costs of the package we choose to help sell our property. Communication from brad inbetween and after home opens was excellent through the selling process. Overall Brad helped make the process of selling alot easier and less stressful in what usually can be the complete opposite. I would highly recommend Brad as an agent and would definitely use his knowledge and expertise to sell a property again in the future.

Brad did an appraisal before I put my house on the market and explained how the advertising would be photos, video etc so I knew what I would be up for financially. He also suggested best was to market the house - mainly keep it neat and tidy and not too cluttered.

Brad had thorough knowledge of sales data in our area. He came in at the best price with the most inclusions. In a slow market we got a fair price. He wasn’t pushy if we wanted to do things a bit different. The flyers he presented to potential buyers were great. I havent seen a more detailed one yet. Definitely recommend Brad.

Brad and Shane from Aquilla Realty successfully marketed our property. It sold fairly quickly in a pretty slow market. The video by Brad was fantastic at highlighting our home's qualities. I like how Brad and Shane offer the buyer an abundance of information, giving the buyer confidence that they know what they are getting. Communication with Brad and Shane was good, and the fee they charged was competitive. Would be happy to use Brad and Shane again if we were selling in the same area.
