We were aware of Brad and Shane via word of mouth however we still spoke to a number of other agents before selecting them to sell the property. We spoke to Brad mainly who is very knowledgeable and confident without being overpowering. We knew that he would do his best to sell the property at the best possible price. We were certainly not disappointed. Everything was done very professionally and the property was sold within three weeks. Much of this must be down to the excellent brochure and video which was produced resulting in record numbers of people attending the home open events. After each home open we were advised of how it went and what they proposed to do next. We had absolute trust in them personally and their methods and it paid off. We didn't even have to pay a premium for having the best as all fees, advertising, etc., compared favourably with others. Thank you very much Brad and Shane.
