However, upon review
- Our records indicate that you were sent notifications weekly by way of email or group sms along with your 'x' husband outcomes of inspections. You changed your email address and phone number without notification to us.
- We will always disclose what needs to be disclosed to buyers under the law and cannot selectively disclose, or actively hide information pertinent to the sale.
- Explaining the state of the current market place is vital and may not be what you want to here. If another agent is offering incorrect advice, we would not be fulfilling our role, if this is not articulated to the seller. We always deliver our informed opinion in a calm and courteous manner and do not accept abuse by or of any team member.
- We pride ourselves in our professionalism and any suggestion that we were advising buyers that you were being difficult is inaccurate.
We understand that separations are always difficult and actively work to ensure there is a great outcome for all parties.
We have certainly taken on board your comments and after a team meeting, we have further amended our selling processes and we wish you well for the future.
