Lack of communication and professionalism
I have known Brad for many years, my family have bought and sold many properties. I was very disappointed by his service selling my property. My main reasons: Brad did not advise of lowering the property price , Lack of communication, not returning calls. Did not speak to the agent for 2 months even though the property was having home openings Brad advised potential buyers of property improvements that was not disclosed by the owners Brad verbally abusing myself when I advised I had another agents opinion of the property and market. Brad advised potential buyers I was most making the house difficult to sell - i was not living there

However, upon review
- Our records indicate that you were sent notifications weekly by way of email or group sms along with your 'x' husband outcomes of inspections. You changed your email address and phone number without notification to us.
- We will always disclose what needs to be disclosed to buyers under the law and cannot selectively disclose, or actively hide information pertinent to the sale.
- Explaining the state of the current market place is vital and may not be what you want to here. If another agent is offering incorrect advice, we would not be fulfilling our role, if this is not articulated to the seller. We always deliver our informed opinion in a calm and courteous manner and do not accept abuse by or of any team member.
- We pride ourselves in our professionalism and any suggestion that we were advising buyers that you were being difficult is inaccurate.
We understand that separations are always difficult and actively work to ensure there is a great outcome for all parties.
We have certainly taken on board your comments and after a team meeting, we have further amended our selling processes and we wish you well for the future.
