Brad helped the reviewer sell this property

Top of the line customer service

I first engaged Brad to help me sell my apartment in 2018. Brad stayed in touch with me regularly to discuss the changes in the market. At the end of 2019 Brad advised me that he felt that it was the right time. We began the process and put the property on the market at the start of 2020. The apartment was on the market for less than a week before an appropriate buyer made the right offer and we sold the property with a fast tracked settlement period. Brad is knowledgeable across the market and he made me feel confident and comfortable about the entire sales process. I highly recommend Brad and his team for sound advice, professionalism and dedication. My property is a studio apartment and they took the same care and consideration as they would for a multi-million dollar property.
