Brad made the whole process really easy - he was honest and open in negotiation and followed everything up quickly. I signed the contract subject to some conditions and Brad was very efficient in meeting these conditions so that all parties were satisfied. I lived three hours from the property I was purchasing but Brad was accomodating and worked out times that suited me to collect keys, etc. Overall, the process was very smooth thanks to Brad's professionalism and organisation.
