I first met Brad when I arranged a private viewing of this Darlinghurst apartment. I met a bunch of other agents and viewed a bunch of other properties around the same time, but I was waiting for another transaction to settle and needed another 4 weeks before I could make an offer. Brad was the ONLY agent who stayed in touch during this period. And some of those other properties I viewed are still on the market! I must say, I'm a sucker for a sales person with great follow up skills such as those demonstrated by Brad. I prefer to do business with these kinds of sales people, because they really deserve to succeed. When I was ready to get serious, Brad was able to provide lots of information on the property, and refer me to others who could help answer my questions, and he was generous with his time when I requested several more viewings. Of course, I always get my dad (a builder) to check out my prospective property purchases, and after meeting & chatting with Brad, my father said to him "you're a pretty straight forward, no bull-s**t kind of man". And my dad is an excellent judge of character.., Due to the vendor's travel plans, we had to act quickly, and due to my limited financial resources I was driving a pretty hard bargain. In the end, Brad was able to negotiate a fair outcome for both the vendor and me. To top it all off, he met me that evening at my son's school Xmas concert to sign the contract, and then drove to the vendors home (2 hours out of Sydney) to ensure the transaction was done before they left on overseas travel the following morning. Brad has excellent market knowledge, and he's honest, likeable and easy to trust. I would love to work with Brad on my next foray into (or out of) inner East Sydney property and highly recommend him to others.
