Would definitly use PH property again

We have used Brad and the PH Property team on multiple occasions to sell both our own home and investment properties. Brad never disappoints, infact, exceeds our expectations every time. He is extremely professional, honest and reliable and the communication is outstanding. We lead very busy lives, so it's important to us to engage with an agent we fully trust to manage all aspects of the sale on our behalf. Brad was a thorough professional all through the journey from his repeated contacts in informing us of potential properties that could suit our requirements, to organizing inspections that suited our needs (we live an hour away from Bendigo) and help in coming to terms with the final purchase. After purchase Brad made the process very easy and his communication through to settlement is the best that I have ever seen. I could not recommend Brad highly enough as a trustworthy agent and would not consider anybody else when putting a property for sale in Bendigo.

We did a 3 lot sub division and Brad sold the house first and then when the townhouses were built he also sold them. He helped us provide the right items in the townhouses which in turn sold one prior to build finish and the other on its first open house. We will always use Brad in the future.
