We purchased our home through Brad and found him to be extremely helpful. We were moving from a suburb almost 5 hours away so communication was only by phone and Brad was always available or returned our calls within a very short time. Nothing was too inconvenient for him, even going as far as measuring the fridge space for me and negotiating early occupancy to make our move easier. For that i am very grateful.
