The beginning of the purchasing process was easy and smooth with Brad. He and Renee were accommodating to our needs and patient with some issues drawing contract. It was however disappointing that we had no contact with Brad during pre settlement inspection or settlement. There was no exciting handover of keys, infact we had no personal contact for key handover with anyone and are the days past of a nice little 'welcome to your new home' gift from the agent? Must be!
