Brad was referred to me by a well known developer. My first meeting with Brad gave me a positive feeling. The value he suggested as as realistic expectation for my property, was well above above my expectations. Brad's estimate proved spot on. The property was under contract in short time. Brad and his team worked professionally for this positive outcome. They made the experience of selling my house a positive one.

Service was great, always did what he said he would, everything happened prior to the agreed dates and therefore settlement happened 2 weeks prior to time. The girls in the office were on the ball also.

We originally purchased this property almost 10 years ago where Brad was the agent. He was fantastic and made the transition as easy and stress free as he could. Brad and Renee are professional, easy to contact and communicate with. The sale of our property went through without any issue and very happy with the sale price Brad achieved.

The beginning of the purchasing process was easy and smooth with Brad. He and Renee were accommodating to our needs and patient with some issues drawing contract. It was however disappointing that we had no contact with Brad during pre settlement inspection or settlement. There was no exciting handover of keys, infact we had no personal contact for key handover with anyone and are the days past of a nice little 'welcome to your new home' gift from the agent? Must be!

I only have good things to say about selling with Brad. He will never waste your time, he gets in and gets it done! Any little speed bump in the road he has a solution for, and he is true to his word on his commitment. And the energy! His excitement and drive for the market is brilliant. Hi, When we first meet Brad we found he was very passionate about his job, so much so that we thought if anyone could sell our home for us it would be him. But we told him that we didn't want to be messed around with silly offers etc, Brad said we wouldn't get any of that from him and he was true to his word. There was never any pressure from him or his team.
