We were interested in selling via auction and wanted to know the pro & cons. Brad communicated this well to us and invited us to attend one of their auctions to get a clearer understanding. In the leadup to auction day both Brad & Renee kept us well informed. The benefit of an auction being that buyers were serious contenders on the day and the property was sold on the day - "done & dusted" with the market dictating the demand.
