Brad, Jack and the team carried me through the process. Importantly let me take my time. Brad came highly recommended at the last minute right when I was ready to pull an agent out of a hat. They matched or beat all the offered rates I had been offered and I chose them. To my delight I received a hand written card by snail mail, rather than marketing paraphernalia. I was chuffed. They dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s, and made sure I did too. The process was smooth. We had some quirks with my elderly folk that They took in stride making everyone feel very comfortable, no pressure. I could not recommend them more highly.
