Beaut Agent - has all the right skills

Living in NSW & buying a home in QLD, I thought would be pretty tricky but with Brad's help it was smooth sailing. He first showed my friends the home, that we have fallen in love with. They too liked the home & we negotiated with Brad a time to fly up to QLD to see the property. Brad kept us informed every step of the way, his energy, enthusiasm & passion for his work is excellent. Brad was always on time, picked us up from the railway station & dropped us back there after looking at the property, several times. He was very patient, we spent a lot of time going through the property, so did the building & pest control. Brad was a good negotiator, helped us get the place for the price we were willing to pay. Advising us with back & forth, with the owner to come to an agreement re the cost. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling a house.
