Brad was super helpful in getting us prepared for sale. We went through together and worked out how to make the house most appealing for a quick sale. With regualr check ins from brad it was easy to stay on track with the prepratuion. after getting the house up to standard it was up to brad to find the buyer, which he did very quickly, within a week. From there it was all smooth sailing and we where very happy with the price we recieve.
From when I first looked at the property I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. Brad was never overbearing or pushy but rather let me take on the experience at my own pace. He was very informative living only a stone throw from where I bought himself. The sellers had there own issues which had seen the property been slightly neglected and delays in contract signing but Brad was always giving me regular updates and once signed went out of his way to start doing small maintenance jobs like running the pool filter or mowing to make my moving in a little easier. Brad also did a follow up a week or so after I moved in to see how I was settling in. I felt his service went above and beyond. I have recommended him and Dad realty to friends already.
