Some agents talk a big game, or put everything back on the vendor. Brad is the opposite of this. I’ve used him twice now - in a hot market and a cold one. On each occasion he’s worked quietly behind the scenes, got everything done in about half the time expected and pulled in unconditional offers beyond what I expected on price. This happened in a hot market but also during Covid lockdowns, so is not a fluke. As an interstate seller it is comforting to know that someone’s got your back and will go the extra mile, including getting things done that other agents would try to walk away from when challenges inevitably come up. And who will get a result in a hot or cold market. You can’t ask for more than this. I’m grateful to Brad and look forward to working with him on the next project.
