Brad and the team at Horsham Real Estate have managed to far exceed what I thought I would get for my house (though it was spot on to what they predicted!). However they did it, I am exceedingly grateful not just for the end result, but also the speed with which it occurred. Brad has been incredibly helpful with dealing with things post-offer, and has made things incredibly easy for us. The only downside we had was their communication was lacking at the start of the process, and we were left unsure as to why some things took a bit longer than expected. I'm not too fussed, sometimes things fall through the cracks, and I'm incredibly impressed with what came out of it in the end. I would highly recommend Brad, and the team.
