We were 100% happy with the service we were provided in the sale of our property. Our agent kept us informed at all stages and his easy and professional approach made us comfortable in asking any question or queries we may have had. Our agent went above and beyond, even calling us outside of this working hours to sort things out. He was honest and upfront and trustworthy through the whole process. we highly recommended Brad.

Brad was a great communicator and helped us through the process of selling our home. He is a very personable and made us feel that we were his only client constantly in touch and considerate in his dealings with us and assisting to make the potential buyers roll through the door. He kept us well informed on what was going on with buyers and their comments and continued to keep us encouraged for the sale of our property. We would highly recommend Brad to any potential sellers.

Brad was simply sensational throughout our whole buying and selling process. He gave sound advice, answered questions promptly and made us feel very comfortable. Even after the purchase he was always willing to help and assist us. We highly recommend Brad to anyone.

Good communication, professional

His market knowledge was great, knows the area, excel in that. Communicates very very well, not a day passed without some degree of social interaction. Professional to a tee, loves what he does and will always be the same, like a dog with a bone. Wants to help and goes far and beyond. Not only what he does for his firm and himself, but he does it for his family. I can highly recommend him to anyone who would need professional advice in the Real Estate Market.

I cannot thank Brad enough for managing the sale of my property so seamlessly. At all times Brads level of communication, professionalism and commitment was unwavering. His personable manner and approach to achieving what was an amazing result in a very short time exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate in recommending Brad as an agent and would certainly engage his services in the future. Thank you Brad and the team at TBRE (especially Sandy) for all your efforts.

I met Brad at an open house and we had already engaged a realestate agent to sell our home. After talking with Brad we had him evaluate our home. He walked in dropped his papers and said "I will sell this for more than the other realestate valued it to be worth". Brad was true his word and he sold the home within 5 days above what the other realestate agent had advised. Absolutely astounding, Brad was true to his word.

Brad was spot on with his knowledge of the local market and the area we were heading also. His communication with us was always clear and concise. We were impressed from the start of our relationship with Brad and that continued throughout the sale through to completion. Brad got us the best price. His marketing was spot on. He made a difficult process seamless. We have no hesitation in recommending Brad to anyone needing real estate assistance. Worth every dollar and more.

Brad was at all times professional in his approach to the sale. He responded quickly and efficiently to queries, explained the process in detail, ensured we were fully informed and worked diligently to achieve a successful outcome.

As first home owners Brad made the difficult process of buying a house much easier. He was very easy to work with and provided us with valuable information throughout the process. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy or sell a house around the tweed heads region.

Trusting the sale of your biggest asset can be a roller coaster ride to say the least. All TBRE staff were professional & rallied as a team to meet our objective in a supportive manner. Our Agent Brad Kopcikas-Yates held our hand so to speak through this process & remained understanding & empathetic whilst always keeping our best interests at heart. Thanks for all your hard work Brad, it never went unnoticed!
