I rang Absolute Real Estate to enquire about selling my house in June 2017 and Brad Lacey was available to take my call. Brad briefed me the requirements and on the next day, he was at site evaluating the property. In a couple of days, he had the team to view and evaluate our property. Brad was prompt and we agreed to sign up for him to undertake the sale. We signed up for a 2 months contract. Brad was ringing every 2 or 3 days to update us on the status of enquiries he receives. He continously provide us with market updates and arrange appointments with potential buyers to view the property. He advised on how we should review the offer descriptions after 4 weeks. The house got sold just before the contract expires at our acceptable price and above the market value. We are happy with Brad's services especially with his prompt responses.
