As first home buyers, we were unsure of many procedures. Brad introduced himself and our worries went away. These are a few things Brad did for us: 1. Organised an inspection prior to the open house that was scheduled. Reason being, Thursday’s were our only day off and Brad made it happen! From there, we fell in love with the house. 2. Reassured us that the suburb had friendly neighbors and gave us ideas on how we could fix up the house - helpful Brad. 3. Organised another inspection on short notice (just before the cooling period ended) to ensure that we had a peace of mind.
