Brilliant Brad!

We had to chose between a real estate agent that we were happy with who has sold for us two properties previously and Brad. We were impressed with Brad from the time about eighteen months prior to us deciding to sell he had knocked on our door to offer his services. He was patient and not at all pushy but kept in touch every few months and even sent my husband a get well card when he had surgery. This caring but professional approach was why we chose to go with Brad at Hardcourts. In the time he sold our investment property he kept in touch regularly and updated us on every aspect of the sale. He is very professional and personable and we felt he was always looking to our best interests. The investment property sold very quickly and we acheieved a fair price. It is a measure of our esteem that we have now placed our home in his hands to sell.
