My partner and I recently purchased a house and Brad was the sellers agent. He was an excellent communicator (+ very quick to respond) and kept us updated throughout the entire process! We also thought his method and approach to presenting offers to the seller was fair, and supported everyone involved to have an equal opportunity when attempting to purchase.
