Brad was recommended by our conveyancer, and we recommend him too. Through several requests for a market appraisal over the last three years to finally deciding to sell he was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We don't live in the area, so were relying on email and calls; he phoned regularly to check in and update us, and was always available if we had any questions. When the first potential buyer wasn't able to secure finance he had already lined up a 'just-in-case' second buyer so that we were ready to go without any delay.
