Brad has been faultless throughout our process of both selling and buying a new home! This is our first time buying and selling at the same time so it has been a learning curve for us. Brad has educated us, supported us and has been an absolute rock throughout the entire process. Brad is vastly different to the average agent in how he has interacted with us, no pushy sales tactics and no judgements at all. Brads been open, honest and hardworking throughout! Initially we told him our goal and what we wanted (which was not the average home by far). He worked hard to line up our goals and get us the deal we needed.
