Brad was brought in over other local agents due to his honesty and precious ability to sell out properties outside of his local area. Despite being told by other agents our sale price would be higher - Brad was realistic with me about what he expected based on a number of factors and he was right on the money. Brad sold the property 3 times before we had a buyer that stuck through no fault of his own - and constantly kept us informed and we weren’t ever 24 hours without a contract in between someone crashing on finance, due diligence or B&P. With the eventual sale - although we moved the asking price below valuation as we had purchased elsewhere - Brad still fought for the best price and was able to drive price up. Unfortunately - the buyer was aware of our plight and used this to drive price down throughout the process, however our experience with Brad was impeccable and he even brought in the principal agent to further assist in the process and kept us informed at every turn - including additional legal advice where required. All in all despite this being one of the more difficult sales we have had - this was no fault of Brads and I would recommend anyone wanting to move a property quickly - with little fuss and no BS to be in touch.
