Brad knows the area and market well and got a contract on the house at a price we were happy with quickly. If selling in Thornenside or Redlands area in general go with Brad. Took the effort out of it all for us. We talked to several agents and Brad was by far the best and could answer more about the local market. Definitely has a passion for what he does.
