Brad was the real estate agent on a subsale. To purchase this house, we sold our previous house with Brad as the listing agent simultaneously. Over the Christmas period, this was an interesting and challenging time to execute multiple transactions in a very compressed timeframe. Brad is very thorough and organised in presenting and executing his strategy, which I presumed comes from his background in sports performance. This background is quite helpful in real estate also. His logical approach would suit those who are interested in the 'why' behind a number. Additionally; he is honest and genuine. He was excellent at managing the various bits of all sides of this transaction, with three different parties involved. As others have mentioned, he is also a nice person who is lovely to talk to. I do want to add that he was kind to check in on our wellbeing through this period which is a kind and rare trait (not at all required from his job; but just indicative of his personality).
