Brad has sold 3 houses for us since we have been in the Bay. He has always been very helpful, punctual and approachable and his integrity is beyond question. We would not hesitate to recommend Brad to anyone wishing to sell their property and a will take this opportunity to thank him once again for his wonderful service on our behalf 10/10

Great professional service and local knowledge! Kept us in the loop with the settlement details . Would highly recommend Brad for all your real estate needs sale or purchases

We found Brad and his team to be most helpful, genuine and realistic in the whole process of selling our place.

Brad recently sold my unit and delivered on everything that he said he would do.

Brad’s great service started from the first enquire. Coming from interstate I was unable to physically view the property. Brad was very helpful with firstly a virtual tour and then hosting a local relative for an onsite inspection. Based on what we saw and what we were told, we put in an offer that Brad passed on to the vendor that resulted in a successful purchased. Brad’s hard work didn’t end there. The vendor quickly vacated the property post sale so Brad took it upon himself to keep the property in top condition ready for us to move in. I would recommend Brad and Carter Cooper to anybody looking to sell.

We found Brad very knowledgeable about the market . He kept us well-informed throughout the process. We found his manner to be very pleasant and reassuring ;and he was able to bring several committed buyers at short notice to ensure we got the price we wanted.

Brad is Professional, has great market knowledge of the local area and more than accommodating with any questions we had throughout the sale process of our home. I give Brad a recommendation of 10/10 for service. Thanks Brad

The Traumatic experience usually experienced with moving house was greatly mitigated by the availability of Brad to talk to us about some issues that arose during the transition. The move was still a huge challenge, but it would have been much harder if we had had an uncooperative selling agent at the buying end. We usually forget about the "other guy's" agent, and just depend on our own agent when moving house, but Brad shows just how important it is to be able to depend on that "other guy's" agent to make sure you understand all of he issues being sorted, and to be able to explain and clarify local issues as they arise. We are grateful for the understanding and help he provided us. John and Marg d.

Friendly and very knowledgeable I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Nothing was a problem with all our dealings with Brad and made the purchase hassle free

Brad went out of his way to help support our process of purchasing a property in Urangan. After the sale he was still there to support with a few hiccups from the previous owner that he was not obligated to do at all. Brad made our purchase a very pleasant, easy experience with his honesty and transparency every step of the way. I would definitely work with Brad and his team in purchasing or selling in the future.

Brad and his team were fantastic during the sale of our investment property. Great communication through out the whole process. Complete no hassle sale , would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell property as he has great local knowledge of the area .
