Brad was very helpful with firstly a virtual tour and then hosting a local relative for an onsite inspection. Based on what we saw and what we were told, we put in an offer that Brad passed on to the vendor that resulted in a successful purchased. Brad’s hard work didn’t end there. The vendor quickly vacated the property post sale so Brad took it upon himself to keep the property in top condition ready for us to move in. The Traumatic experience usually experienced with moving house was greatly mitigated by the availability of Brad to talk to us about some issues that arose during the transition. The move was still a huge challenge, but it would have been much harder if we had had an uncooperative selling agent at the buying end. We usually forget about the "other guy's" agent, and just depend on our own agent when moving house, but Brad shows just how important it is to be able to depend on that "other guy's" agent to make sure you understand all of he issues being sorted, and to be able to explain and clarify local issues as they arise.
