Choosing Brad Munro was the worst decision I ever made in regards to selling a property. Brad sold me on the fact that he has 24 years experience in selling houses and properties but what I didn’t realise he’s only in it for himself. (As they all are) Brad made multiple errors that cost me alot of money on settlement during the sale that it only benefited him and I lost out. All I can say to any future vendors is beware, because he has a good record on selling properties and a good Charisma that he will charm you with, but you don’t know how much you’ll lose through the process of his in adequacy. Brad comes across as someone that knows the ins and outs of sales and the sale market but when it comes down to delicate or sensitive situations he has no idea how to deal with it except to write an email saying apologies he’s done the best he can while I have to wear the costs and then he totally disappears and since his colleagues to deal with the matter which they also cannot. He will promise you this and that, he will promise you to email and negotiate this and that he promises you he will get in touch with you but doesn’t answer any phone calls when things go dire. A lot of promises zero return. So beware, appoint Brad at your own
Brad was the consummate professional, he is very knowledgeable about the market and was helpful with the process throughout. I found Brad easy to work with, honest and kind and would highly recommend him.
