Hello prospective sellers, I sold my property through Brad Munro and his team (Mitch, Lee & Alex) at Position Property. I have nothing but good things to say about Brad. I highly recommend his service. We were in a unique situation where we had decided to return to North America – our timeline was accelerated and there was pressure on us to sell. This forced a change of plans – which can be stressful. However, Brad was calm and collected – he listened, and told me that he would be back to me that evening with a plan. True to his word, later that evening he formulated a plan which accelerated all of the critical steps. Perhaps more importantly, Brad knows the market and he sculpted an effective plan. He had a photographer in on Monday morning, and an hour later we had our first inspection by a potential buyer. We went into the first weekend with an offer, and exited the first weekend with four offers, one of which we accepted. Because we left Australia shortly afterwards, we relied on Brad and his team a little more than I suspect is normal. Brad personally sent text messages and kept things on track, ensuring a successful close. When you talk to Brad he will listen, and respond with concise comments. He is straight to the point.
