Exceptional market knowledge, communication and professionalism. I approached the agent since my father had dealt with him in the past. I understand now why my father had chose to work with Brad and his team on several properties. Highly recommended.
When it came time to sell my property, I called Brad. Firstly, because he was the agent five years earlier when I bought and it was a very straightforward process. And secondly, because Brad is well known as a top agent in West End. He didn’t disappoint. He was down to earth, helpful and responsive. We talked through and agreed an approach and went from there. I really appreciated his considered approach and regular communication. The sale was fast, seamless and achieved the outcome I was wanting. I would happily use Brad for future sales, as I would recommend him to others who are selling. Thanks Brad!
Working with Brad and his team to sell my property was a great overall experience. I had a signed contract in just 6 days on the market!! Brad knows the apartment market in inner-Brisbane so well, he’s genuine and fair. Highly recommend.
From our first meeting with Brad we just got a genuine good, honest feel from him. As it was our first house sale he was able to break all areas down and explain everything clearly which made us feel comfortable and in safe hands. He did everything he could in ensuring we got a great price for our house. Communications throughout were excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Brisbane. Thanks again team, all the best. The Macdonald’s
Brad initially provided an informed and realistic assessment of our sale prospects. The marketing plan he and his team developed and executed for the sale of our apartment was most successful, generating a very high level of interest from buyers. His follow up negotiations with potential purchasers resulted in the sale being completed ahead of schedule and at a price commensurate with our expectations. I would strongly recommend Brad and his team to anyone wanting a good property sale experience.
The whole selling process has been quick, easy and seamless. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will happily use Brad and the team next time.
Brad and his team were easy to deal with and accomodating to our circumstances. The team provided regular updates throughout the sale process and were able to achieve a positive result in the current market environment.
Brad is very knowledgeable of the Bardon area and has represented a number of sellers in my building. He gave me great advice regarding the value of my unit, which was achieved very quickly and was above my expectations.
I'm 10 days from exchange, and currently very impressed with Position Property. (I hope this review will last to get me over the line). As soon as I met Brad, it was evident that he was a trustworthy professional with years of experience and had the attention to detail to answer my plethora of exhausting questions during the initial viewing. He could immediately assess I was a serious buyer and I can genuinely say that I enjoyed the banter and more importantly the precise detail of understanding my questions in buying a prospective property. Next was the smooth transition in handover to Mitch McNamee, to guide me through the bidding process as a novice first time buyer in Australia. Mitch had been remarkable. None of the cliche, bad intent money grabbing RE agent; but a super friendly, 'im on your side also as a buyer'. It's refreshing to find good guys exist and that they genuinely understand your stresses as a buyer. Would also like to put out a shout out for Michelle at Position, to respond so quickly and for being so attentive in email responses and deposit receipt acknowledgements.
Brad was very helpful from the minute I spoke to him. The process was very smooth and there was great communication from him and his team. Couldn’t ask for anything more
Brad and his team is a very professional and helpful one. They assist in my sale of property in an very effective and efficient way. Really a good experience for choosing them as the property agency.
From taking the decision to market my property to the sale Brad was brilliant all the way. He kept us informed and the sale was achieved with a good outcome
