Having known Brad for a long time I know he is very professional in both his dealing with people and in the administrative side of his dealings in property. I have bought and sold with Brad on several occasions and would happily recommend him to anyone on either side of the property transaction.
We found dealing with Brad to be a great experience. He was knowledgable and friendly. He answered our calls and questions, kept us advised and made himself available as requested. We bought through Brad and would use him if/when we sell our unit. Thanks for making our buying experience a positive one.
A genuine guy who's knowledge of selling in South Brisbane is of the highest level. In a difficult selling market, Brad was always there to help us with our concerns whenever we felt like nothing was happening. Behind the scenes though, he was working very hard.
whilst I never met brad his junior colleague was our Agent called Mitch. Mitch was very professional and made the process easier than some settlements can be sometimes. We also required viewing the property multiple times for various reasons after the sale hag been made. Mitch always went out of his way to help. I would recommend his work again.
Brad is respectful and honest when communicating with me. He has a great deal of knowledge of the local realestate market.
From the time I first met Brad and the team at the Open house to the day of settlement Brad made this by far and away my best ever Real Estate experience. Easy manner but thoroughly professional. I would also like to confirm that in my opinion Position Realty are the complete experts when buying property in the West End area.
Brad always did his best and kept us informed at all stages. A very good experience and definitely a good person to sell you property.
We had total confidence in brad's advice and assistance in our purchase . I have no hesitation in recommending Brad to any prospective purchaser or those looking for a reliable and honest agent
Brad was very professional and organised in selling our apartment in West End. He helped us a lot in giving us advice in sprucing up the place and kept us informed about attendance at every inspection.
We loved the experience working with Brad, not only because he helped us get the property sold within a very short period, but also because of his style of communication and case handling. Working with Brad, we felt our opinions were being valued, our questions were always being answered directly and promptly, our concerns were being taken seriously, and our demands were always fully fulfilled. If you want an agent who tells what you like to hear, Brad is not the person you're looking for. But if you need an agent who understands the market and can give you real, solid and honest suggestions, Brad is "the one" you don't want to miss.
I was selling my unit in a soft market. I approached agents and Brad was the best he knew the local market well and had an easy manner. He was also able to give me good advice about staging the Unit. Ultimately Brad had purchasers waiting for a Unit like mine and I sold without one open house for a price I was comfortable with. I needed a long settlement and that wasn’t a problem to arrange.
Brad was very professional and facilitated a tricky sale/purchase due to the vendors being overseas and me being interstate. He helped coordinate a smooth process and guide me through the system that applies in Queensland and one that was unfamiliar to me in NSW,
