Brad helped the reviewer sell this property

Great service from start to finish

Brad went beyond expectations in helping me to sell my unit. He spent considerable time leading up to the sale getting to know me and the apartment, and planning the right strategy. Brad has long experience and a great track record in West End and is a very thoughtful and empathetic person. I had an accident the day before my first open home and was hospitalised for a month, and he and his team went above and beyond to keep the momentum going and worked with my friends to make sure the showings continued during that period. I was delighted with Brad's personalised approach and with the outcome. Highly recommend Nrad if you're planning to go to market in the area.
