We met Brad over ten years ago. He called at our house which had been on the market, unsuccessfully, for six months! After chatting with Brad, we found him to be warm, helpful and knowledgeable. He was generous in advising which Legal team to use if, and when we chose to sell our house in the future. We finally did sell some time later and used his Legal recommendations back then. Based on that first meeting ten years ago, we decided that Brad would be our chosen Real Estate Agent whenever the necessity arose again.
